Did I wear you out?
Were you overwhelmed?
Were you dead all along?
Can you open up...
Just enough
to heal yourself and start again?
Well, I'm sorry...
I won't be there... I won't be there...
We've changed.
It's not the same anymore...
You drag me down.
Over and over... Over and over,
again...
When I wrapped you up
in plastic, take you home...
I loved you more than
I'd ever loved anyone...
But it hurts too much
to think about today,
I never should have
let you see me
lying here this way...
We've changed.
It's not the same anymore...
You drag me down
Over and over... Over and over,
again...
Peace can look like a riot sometimes
but I'm clean inside and starting over.
We can't hold on... we can't hold on...
We've changed.
